Called around 11 today to find out when my next installment was due. On hold for 15 minutes. Hung up and called again, on hold for 10 and then opted to leave a message to call me. I have received no emails to notify me of when my payment was due and I am pretty sure it's because they didn't update my email last year when I went in to change the policy after my husband's death. I emailed them and still have not heard anything. Keep in mind I'm trying to pay them. I made a $2000 payment with my online banking just for now in case I'm in arrears. I also never got any new pink slips with my expiry date in 2026. Maybe time after over 30 years to do some shopping around
