Such an awful insurance company. After paying for the 24hrPetwatch insurance for 13 years with one small claim, they have now written to me to tell me they are changing their policy so pets over 10 years old will now have a deductible 5 times higher and a additional co-payment of 25%. To add to that, they will not cover the 1st 14 days sick of our pet cat. Basically they have made this insurance pointless after taking my money for 13 years.
If you care at all about your pet, please do not use this company. Your pet deserves better.

I would give negative stars if I could. My cat passed away 3 months ago. I deactivated his microchip. They still continue to send me emails trying to sell me plans and services. I have tried to call and call and no one can stop the emails. I have even been transferred out of country. I have two living cats registered with them but I receive no emails about them. It’s like a sick joke of tormenting dead pet owners. No one there has any empathy, they will confirm he is marked as deceased but no one will do anything to stop the sales emails. Let my poor cat just rest, and allow me to move on in my grief!

As the CEO of an animal organization that uses their software, I have to tell you that to have to write this review, because I have been waiting for some help since october 2023 should scare any client away from using their software or services. Today on January 5th I called the main number no customer service agent was available no one in sales was available. I even sent a link to Sean Smith the CEO of 24PetHealth. I hope that someone reads this and gets back to me. Please have your Pet Points people get back of Jessica. Thanks

Customer service is garbage. I have called literally 3 times just to change a phone number on the account since it was entered incorrectly. The first time, i got hung up on, the second time the person told me they changed it, but they didn't. And finally the third time I called the guy changed it however he told me it was a "one time courtesy" and if i wanted to make changes in the future we would have to upgrade to the paid subscription... Like come on all I wanted to do was to update the freaking phone number. I didnt want to make any billing changes or anything like that. Their customer service seems like all they care about is sales, which I understand, however this shouldn't come before ACTUALLY RESOLVING THE ISSUE AT HAND. I also forgot to mention it took them a MONTH before responding to the email I had initially sent, and they just told me to call in. If i could have gotten the microchip through a different company I definitely would, and I would HEAVILY encourage anyone with the choice to NOT get services through them.

Bought an one-year insurance policy via 24 Pet Watch, one of its brands, in Jan 2015. The company recently in Feb 2017 unauthorizedly charged my credit card for USD 180.
No follow-up on the matter from their customer service. Potential customers should be aware of it.
